Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been damaged due to misuse, modified, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at [support@zunzunbee.com] with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package.
Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Slate Switch arrives damaged or is found to be defective within the return window, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Warranty Coverage
All Slate Switch products are covered under a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. For warranty service beyond the 30-day return window, please refer to the Warranty Terms included with your product or contact our support team.
